Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year forklift or material-handling experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to complete company training.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, Neptune or similar systems preferred.
• Ability to accurately scan, identify, move, stage and transact materials.
• Attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and follow company safety requirements.
• Complete required forklift inspections and report any concerns daily.
• Support production by ensuring raw materials, components, packaging, and other materials are available when needed.
• Safely move materials to and from designated locations and load finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory by documenting material movements and transactions.
• Use SAP, Neptune, and scanning systems to identify and transact materials.
• Assist with training and supporting other employees when directed by management.
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
