Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a warehouse associate to safely operate forklifts, move materials, and support inventory accuracy at our Greeneville facility. You will load/unload trailers, perform rack checks, and document movements with scanners, contributing to timely production support and a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Basic computer use, data entry, and inventory systems.
• Reliable and punctual attendance essential.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, and perform physical tasks during shift.
• Able to lift, carry, and move items up to 35 pounds.
• Read and write legibly; perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to transport materials.
• Load and unload trailers, including UPS and air freight, ensuring proper handling and secure stacking of materials.
• Perform daily rack checks and validate inventory locations to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Assist with inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and location audits as needed.
• Accurately document material movements using scanners or logs.
• Cross-train in front dock shipping and receiving processes to provide coverage during absences.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials for manufacturing operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; perform 6S duties in assigned areas.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or material discrepancies promptly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by leadership.
