Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Warehouse / Material Handler to support production by moving raw materials and finished goods. You will pull materials, load trucks, and ensure accurate records in the inventory system while adhering to safety guidelines.

Candidates should have prior material handling experience, be able to obtain a forklift license, perform basic data entry and arithmetic, work well in a team, and demonstrate reliability and time management to meet production

Qualifications

• Prior material handling experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain a forklift license.
• Basic computer/data entry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receive and pull raw materials and finished goods for production departments.
• Deliver shipments to various departments and maintain records of moves.
• Load and unload trucks using forklift/pallet jack.
• Interface with truckers and secure documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Verify schedules and stock for label department; maintain inventory accuracy.
