Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to move components and finished goods, set up production lines, and maintain inventory accuracy via RF scanning.

You will operate forklifts, perform daily inspections, and support production schedules to meet targets. Candidates must have a forklift license and a driver’s license, a high school diploma, and be able to lift 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Forklift license and ability to operate equipment safely.
• Ability to use RF gun and perform weigh counting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling and forklift equipment to move parts and finished goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts to/from locations.
• Right-size inventory to 80% utilization using proper storage media.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Support production lines to ensure schedule attainment.
