LiftOne, a Weisiger Group company, is seeking a Shop Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment at our Charlotte branch.

You will work independently, perform preventative maintenance, document work, and communicate with customers using the work order system; training provided to support your success.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the material handling industry or related mechanical fields.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Experience with ServiceMax or similar CMMS/work order systems.
• Lead with a safety-first mindset and follow all safety protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment (gas, diesel, LP, and electric).
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Document work performed and communicate with customers using the work order management system.
• Maintain tools and parts inventory.
• Represent LiftOne with professionalism and pride in every customer interaction.
