Job summary

Sika is seeking a Forklift Material Handler for our Building and Finishing team in Haines City, FL. You will coordinate warehouse activities, load/unload trucks, and ensure accurate inventory and on-time shipments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 4–5 years of manufacturing or distribution experience, with at least one year forklift operation. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4–5 years in manufacturing or distribution with clerical duties.
• Minimum of 1 year forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load/unload trucks and move materials between departments.
• Perform shipping/receiving tasks and prepare shipments per policy.
• Verify inbound/outbound materials against documents and report discrepancies.
• Count and inspect raw materials, supplies, and finished goods; conduct cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow Sika Safe program and safety standards.
• Assists supervisor and shipping team with warehouse management and inventory verifications.
