Ryder is hiring a Permanent Full Time Material Handler for our Edwardsville, IL facility. The role involves forklift operation, packing, shipping, and cycle counting within a safe, modern environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse/powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading) and assist with production shifts.
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
