Ryder is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Material Handler for our Pullman, IL facility. The role involves operating sit-down forklifts and RF scanners to support warehouse functions across the US, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Training is provided on the job, and the team emphasizes safety and efficiency in a state-of-the-art environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, forklift certification, and good teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance guidelines and contract requirements.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide tech/maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
