Boise Cascade is seeking a diligent forklift operator for a high-traffic warehouse and yard in the Dallas area. You will receive, select, and load materials, and operate a forklift safely to fulfill daily orders while maintaining a clean workspace.

You will verify order accuracy after packaging and loading and provide basic customer service to internal and external customers. Safety is emphasized with daily forklift safety checks and strict OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to understand and follow safety/work instructions.
• Comfort with physical work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform material handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, select, and load materials.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Verify accuracy of orders after packaging and loading.
• Provide basic customer service to internal and external customers.
• Work with other team members to fulfill orders and complete tasks daily.
• Maintain clean working area.
• Follow all safety procedures (OSHA compliance).
• Perform daily safety checks on forklifts.
