Job summary

PL Developments, a leading pharma packaging company in Piedmont, SC, is seeking a Floor Material Handler to load finished goods daily, work with warehouse and production teams, and prepare LPNS.

This fast-paced role requires standing/walking, operating forklifts safely, and strict adherence to safety and cGMP guidelines. Applicants should have a high school diploma and forklift certification, plus accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift is required.
• Certification to operate a stand-up forklift is required/ training provided.
• Basic math and measurement conversions for inventory management.
• Proficiency with handheld scanners for inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklift to transport materials.
• Stack and organize materials per company procedures.
• Create LPNS and complete WIP documentation as required.
• Verify accuracy of tasks and report discrepancies to supervision.
• Communicate with supervisors to coordinate workflow.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow gCMP and SOPs.
