Job summary

Sonoco is seeking a Material Handler in Neenah, WI to manage forklift-driven material handling for raw and finished goods and to ensure accurate paperwork. This role emphasizes strong attendance, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a 2nd shift from 2:45pm to 10:45pm with a $0.50 shift differential, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift to move raw materials and finished goods safely.
• Support production by handling and distributing finished goods and raw materials to the proper stations.
• Check and verify tags/labels for accuracy.
• Load/unload trucks and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain parts inventory and assist with monthly counts.
• Keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.
