Qualifications

• Experience operating a fork truck in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction.
• Background in a shipping, receiving, and material handling environment.
• Exhibits awareness and compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Manage time/responsibilities appropriately in a dynamic production environment.
• Maintains high standards of quality and accuracy through effective material flow tracking and error identification.
• Ability to multi-task and use sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load and unload materials to production lines, trailers, docks.
• Utilize RF terminal to ensure proper inventory movement in SAP.
• Operate warehouse equipment including stretch wrapping, banding, dock doors and levers, and battery changing equipment.
• Scan product into an SAP loading bin and loading using a fork truck.
• Comply with all warehouse safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace per SCJ policies.
• Interact professionally and contribute within the team and business environment using SCJ principles.
• Develop and maintain compliance to standard work and standard operating procedures.
• Show adaptability by performing various assignments during the shift.
• Must be available to work overtime as needed.
