Job summary

SC Johnson in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate on 2nd and 3rd shifts to support shipping and receiving. You will operate a forklift, move materials to production lines and trailers, and use SAP to track inventory.

Maintain safety and quality standards while following standard work and working overtime as needed. The role requires forklift experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written/verbal directions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Background in shipping/receiving and material handling.
• Strong safety awareness and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load/unload materials.
• Use RF terminal to track inventory movements in SAP.
• Operate material handling equipment and dock doors.
• Scan products into SAP loading bins and routes.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace per SCJ policies.
• Support team with shift-wide tasks and standard work.
• Work overtime as needed.
