Job summary

FSI Inc in La Vergne, TN is seeking several motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. This full-time role focuses on hands-on loading, unloading, and order fulfillment at our La Vergne site.

You will operate forklifts (Hi-Lo and pallet jacks), perform pick duties, assist shipping/receiving, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA. Strong math skills, attention to detail, and prior forklift experience in a warehouse are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of forklift operations and safety practices.
• Ability to read work orders and shipping/receiving documents.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, including Hi-Lo and pallet jacks, to move materials and products within the warehouse
• Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts
• Perform order picking and ensure accurate inventory counts
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing shipments and verifying incoming deliveries
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues to the supervisor
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating forklifts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Unload bed loaded containers occasionally.

We are looking for individuals who have the initiative to get the job done in an efficient manner and who are hands on and eager to work. This job entitles unloading and loading of trucks, picking product, forklift driving, the occasional unloading of bed loaded containers and basic math skills.

Responsibilities
