We are currently seeking a Forklift Maintenance Technician to join our team, based locally in Burleson, TX.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Follow the facility's preventative maintenance program.
2. Conduct scheduled inspections of forklifts.
3. Maintain a clean and organized environment in the Maintenance Department work area; promptly clean up after maintenance and repair work.
4. Assist in equipment testing and follow manufacturer’s guidelines.
5. Perform corrective actions for out-of-specification conditions as directed by the supervisor.
6. Assist in troubleshooting issues to maintain equipment functionality.
7. Accurately record and document all maintenance, modifications, and repairs.
8. Promptly report observed equipment, facility, and maintenance needs to the supervisor.
9. Make suggestions for improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
10. Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts.
11. Adhere to safe work practices to prevent damage to equipment or property.
12. Report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism.

Skills Required:

1. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
2. Physical effort to move objects and tools weighing up to 75 pounds; frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling.
3. A high level of dexterity.
