Job Details:
This position is responsible for entry-level, non-skilled general labor, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Applicants will be considered for any forklift-related opening (including Forklift Operator, Picker, Loader, Put Away duties) on any shift (day, evening, or night). Shift details will be determined at the time of offer or after the interview based on hiring needs. Applicants may also be considered for openings in departments such as shipping and receiving. The work environment is cold and damp, with temperatures ranging from 28 to 42 degrees. Jobs are fast-paced and require repetitive motions. Some positions involve lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40+ lbs, while Material Handling and Receiving positions may require lifting over 70 lbs. The role involves constant standing, walking, and riding powered material handling equipment (forklifts, stand-up lifts). Specialized training for powered industrial trucks is required to be qualified within Tyson Foods.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

You must have three months of work history within the last twelve months to be considered for this position. All job offers are contingent upon providing proof of legal authorization to work within the U.S. and passing a urinalysis screening, which is part of a post-offer health assessment.
Rehire candidates will only be considered if they are within 180 days of their last termination date, with a maximum of 2 rehire opportunities at this Tyson facility.
