Job summary

R+L Carriers in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Forklift Operator Lead to unload and load trailers at our Service Center. This full-time role requires a strong work ethic, good attendance, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is 25.50 per hour with Monday–Friday shifts and one week of vacation after 90 days. Successful candidates will lead dock operations and coordinate loading activities to keep trailers moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Previous leadership, warehouse & forklift experience in a fast-paced, LTL environment is necessary
• Able to read manifests, supervise dock workers, and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must have good loading and unloading skills.
• Previous forklift experience needed
