Franklin Industries is seeking a Shipping Tow Motor Operator to manage loading, unloading, and accurate shipping of finished goods in the Highway Department. The role emphasizes locating inventory, verifying product data, and maintaining electronic records using Sage 100 and barcode scanners.

You will work in a manufacturing environment, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with shipping personnel to ensure on-time, accurate shipments and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and shipping docs.
• Experience with Sage 100 or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify products match shipping requirements.
• Maintain accurate electronic inventory records.
• Perform barcode scanner transactions and Sage 100 entries.
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure shipments are complete and correctly routed.
