Job summary

Hamilton-Ryker is seeking a Material Handler (MCA) in Berea, KY. The role involves operating a forklift, receiving and staging parts, and maintaining inventory records to support production flow. Candidates should have six months of forklift or rack loader experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

The position is 1st shift, typically Monday–Thursday with overtime on Fridays or Saturdays. Ability to work either shift is required and safety PPE is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Requires six months of recent forklift or rack loader experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to pass client’s background policy and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and handle receiving, identification, verification, storage, movement and staging of parts and materials.
• Maintain perpetual inventory records for machines, assemblies and purchased parts.
• Prepare finished parts for shipment and assist with shipping arrangements.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping and PPE compliance throughout the plant.
• Support production flow and maintain clean, organized work areas.
