Job summary

Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a dependable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to move products, parts, and materials throughout the plant and yard. You will operate a forklift, stock materials, and deliver supplies to support production in a fast-paced environment.

Prior forklift experience is preferred but not required. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail as you help keep the plant running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of prior work experience.
• Prior forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a busy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive work assignments from leads, supervisors, or other employees requesting material-handling services.
• Safely operate a forklift to lift, transport, and unload parts, products, and materials throughout the plant and yard.
• Move materials through areas with varying levels of congestion while maintaining safe operating practices.
• Locate and deliver boxes, parts, and other materials as requested.
• Stock materials in the appropriate shelf, storage area, or designated location.
• Mark material locations on production orders and ensure materials are delivered to the appropriate stock location, area, or individual.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform all assignments safely and in accordance with established quality procedures.
• Use two-way radios and computer systems as needed to communicate and document material movement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
