Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Stafford, TX is seeking a physically capable Full-Time Associate to operate forklifts, stock shelves, assist members, and ensure safe, efficient store operations.

You will handle inventory, merchandise, and club pickup orders, maintain safety standards, and provide friendly service while following Walmart policies and procedures. Prior forklift experience and ability to lift 18+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 90 days of prior forklift experience or certification.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and move merchandise.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts following safety guidelines and company policies.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies to maintain inventory flow.
• Assist members with service needs and guide them to products and self-service options.
• Maintain facility safety through regular checks and proper handling of materials and hazards.
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandised; stage club pickup orders as needed.
• Monitor inventory, report shrinkage, and support with audits and documentation.
