Job summary

Sam's Club in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to support stocking, merchandising and member services. You will operate forklifts, assist members with purchasing decisions, stage club pickup orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and company standards every shift.

You will engage with coworkers and managers to prioritize tasks, complete paperwork and logs, and ensure promotional displays are visible.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification with at least 90 days of experience.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks.
• Customer service experience in retail.
• Experience supervising others is a plus.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and move merchandise safely following policies.
• Stock, organize, and replenish inventory and maintain displays.
• Assist members with questions and locate products.
• Process club pick up orders and ensure accurate staging.
• Maintain safety and report hazards.
• Support technology services for members.
