Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification or be willing to obtain
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and move merchandise
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to pick up, move, and position pallets according to policy
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report hazards
• Assist with club pick up orders, merchandising, and inventory control
• Provide member assistance using self-service technology and guidance on product selection
