Job summary

Sam's Club Bakersfield, CA is seeking a forklift/stock associate to support merchandise flow, stock shelves, assist members with purchases, and help maintain a safe, clean club environment.

You’ll operate forklifts, process club pick up orders, and uphold company policies while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift and pallet jacks is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely to move pallets and merchandise.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise across the club floor.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating items.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the sales floor and stock areas.
• Process club pickup orders and support inventory control.
