Job summary

Minigrip, LLC is seeking a Forklift Driver B to move WIP, raw materials, and supplies while supporting packaging and warehouse operations. You will coordinate with QA and customer service on recalls, relocations, and stock movements, maintaining accuracy and safety in a busy production setting.

The role requires maintaining forklift operations, adhering to safety standards, and readiness to support non-standard hours as needed to keep lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift.
• Good communication skills.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours.
• Capable of managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active forklift license and clean safety record.
• Monitor and maintain adequate supply levels for packaging lines to remain efficient.
• Assist in receiving corrugate, chipboard, materials, and supplies according to the production schedule.
• Assist in picking finished goods per customer orders and load trailers accurately and on time.
• Assist in other departments' material handling needs as available.
• Comply with OSHA, MSDS, and C-TPAT regulations and safety program.
