Job summary
Brose is seeking skilled maintenance specialists to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a fleet of industrial forklifts and material handling equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, identify root causes, and ensure safety and operational standards are met across our portfolio.
Candidates should have welding OEM experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Must have welding, OEM experience, problem solving, hydraulic systems, electrical systems.
- Preferred: diagnostics software and PLC basics.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a fleet of industrial forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and ensure safety/operational standards.
- Read wiring diagrams and schematics; diagnose electrical faults.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic pressure and flow issues; repair and test hydraulic components.
- Communicate repair findings to operators and management; document work.
- Train operators on proper equipment use when needed and seek reliability improvements.
