The Person We're Looking For

We are a small company, so dependability, common sense, and willingness to get yourhandsdirty are extremely important. We need someone who can look at a piece of equipment that isn't working correctly, figure out why, and determine the best way to repair it. You should be comfortable saying: "I'll figure it out." We're looking for a mechanic who takes ownership of the fleet and understands that keeping our equipment running isn't just about fixing a machine—it keeps our crews working and ourcustomers' projects moving. The right person will have the ability to prioritize repairs, recognize potential safety problems, communicate clearly, and take pride in maintaining equipment to a high standard.

Working Conditions

This is a hands-on position that may involve:

  • Working in a shop and outdoors.
  • Working around heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
  • Working in manufacturing plants and customer facilities.
  • Working in tight or difficult-to-access areas.
  • Lifting and handling tools, parts, hoses, and equipment components.
  • Occasional emergency or field repairs.
  • Occasional travel to customer job sites.
  • Working around dirt, grease, hydraulic fluid, diesel fuel, and other normal shop conditions.
What We Offer
  • Full benefit package that includes health, dental, vision, FSA, short-term and long-term disability, and 401k
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Steady work with a small, experienced team
  • Variety of job sites and equipment
  • A company that values hard work, safety, and reliability
Why Work With Us?

We are a small company where your work has a direct impact on the success of the operation. You won't be just another mechanic working on the same equipment every day. Our fleet includes specialized, high-capacity equipment used to move machinery that canweigh many tons, providing an opportunity to work on equipment that is larger and more specialized than what you may find in a typical forklift service shop. If you are an experienced mechanic who enjoys solving problems, working on heavy equipment, and wants a position where your skills are valued, we'd like to hear from you.
