Responsibilities

• Inspects forklifts and reports damage to supervisor
• Supports production with raw materials and finished goods rotation
• Transports non-conforming goods to Hold area for quality disposition
• Ensures raw ingredients are not mixed with finished goods
• Transports allergen raw materials to correct storage racks
• Places finished goods and allergens in designated spots in the plant
• Labeled, covered, and weighed unused portions and return to stock area
• Leads by example following GMPs, OSHA, and procedures
• P rovides production with packaging materials, pallets, ingredients, and film
• Wraps, tags, and transports finished goods to staging locations
• Uses FEFO when pulling raw materials and FIFO when storing finished product
• Performs line changeovers and restocks as needed
• Places raw materials in staging area for supervisor review
• Checks overrun area before new runs for rewrapping opportunities
• Maintains housekeeping and consolidates locations
• Adheres to allergen control to avoid cross-contamination
• Properly handles, stores, and distributes materials
• Follows company programs, policies, and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned
