Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical forklift systems, including installations and both planned and unscheduled maintenance.
• Analyze breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions for customers.
• Deliver professional customer service and build positive client relationships in field service.
