Job summary

JBS USA is seeking an hourly Forklift Driver/Warehouse Tech for the 1st shift. The position starts at $20 per hour and offers a competitive benefits package including vacation, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k).

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and warehouse equipment, maintaining a clean safe environment, assisting with shipping/receiving, and ensuring accurate inventory records. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Forklift certification.
• Three or more years in warehouse process.
• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse functions.
• WMS and Barcode Scanner experience preferred.
• Display strong work ethics and positive attitude.
• Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work cooperatively with others.
• Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and dollies.
• Provide labor support to other areas as needed.
• Be at work every day and on time.
• Identify safety concerns or hazards and report them.
• Provide machine maintenance and troubleshooting when required.
• Participate in shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of supplies.
• Receive, unload and inspect shipments; report discrepancies.
• Stock products and plan storage locations for max space utilization.
• Serve as a tech over an assigned warehouse function; prioritize work assignments.
