ThriftBooks in Tolleson, AZ is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) in a fast-paced warehouse.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with scheduled raises; health care benefits, 401K, PTO, and opportunities for growth are available to eligible full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of forklift experience on both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Highly reliable with excellent attendance and ability to meet goals and metrics.
• Positive and respectful attitude, able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to be coached and receive feedback to improve.
• Physically able to stand for 8 hours, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
