Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move materials within a Fort Worth, TX facility. You will operate forklifts, load and unload trailers, and support production with timely material handling and strict adherence to safety policies.

The role requires forklift experience or certification, basic math skills, and the ability to read shipping documents and labels. OSHA-compliant procedures and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Transport rolls, sheets, corrugated, finished boxes, pallets, and other materials throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines with required materials and remove finished goods as needed.
• Verify material quantities and product identification before moving inventory.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers according to shipping schedules.
• Inspect forklifts daily and complete pre-shift safety inspections; report defects.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions using warehouse management systems, scanners, or manual documentation.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Keep warehouse, dock, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and forklift operating procedures.
• Assist in other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
