Job summary

Caleres in Chino, CA is seeking a Reach Truck, Pacer/Clamp, Cherry Picker Operator - Shipping and Receiving to join our fast-paced warehouse team. The role requires forklift experience and a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with a $0.50 per hour shift premium on the first shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Tue-Sat). Overtime potential and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous Fork Lift Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Meet Safety Standards: Work independently to move product safely and efficiently throughout warehouse.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands.

Compensation and Hours:

• Starting pay is $21.00 per hour + $0.50 per hour shift premium
• Potential to earn overtime
• Position will be 1st shift from 6:00am - 2:30pm (TUE-SAT)
