Job Description

Hours: Monday or Tuesday 12-hour shift 7pm-7am, Wednesday 6-hour shift, and Thursday and Friday or Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shifts 7pm-7am. Weekends required (alternating shifts, switching each week).

Pay Rate: $23-$25 per hour starting pay.

Essential Functions (Duties):

• Performs daily inspection on lift truck.
• Documents issues with equipment and seeks resolution.
• Ensures palletizing lines have needed supplies.
• Unloads, receives, and documents inbound shipments.
• Uses forklift to restock, move, store, retrieve, and deliver raw materials and scrap.
• Uses forklift to transport finished goods to trailers or staging areas.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
• Completes all work in a timely manner.
• Communicates needs for shipping supplies.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and other guidelines.
• Works efficiently and safely within company guidelines.
• Maintains peer relationships to share issues and ideas.
• Uses verbal language and hand signals for communication.
• Interacts with computer controls of automated equipment.
• Performs periodic checks of finished products to maintain quality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
