Five Star Distributing Inc. in Indiana seeks forklift operators to move beverage cases and kegs safely and accurately in a technology-driven warehouse. This full-time role runs Sun–Thu, 3:30pm–12am, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a clean environment.

High School Diploma/GED with ability to compute basic math functions

Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen, criminal background check,&reference check

Must be able to obtain a forklift certification

Able to work an occasionalholiday

The physical demands include the abilityto sit or stand for an extended period of time; talk, hear, climb, balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach, bend, twist, turn, squat, and carry on a repetitive basis. This employee must have the ability to lift 160 lbs. from ground level; ability to pull 2100 lbs. with the use of a pallet jack; ability to push 250 lbs. with the use of a two wheel hand card. Ability to lift 30 lbs. overhead level. Ability to climb a ladder or step stool. This employee may lift or move an average of 50 lbs and/or up to 169 lbs. with or without a hand truck.

The employee is occasionally exposed to cold, hot, wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, and vibration.
