Job Responsibilities

General Job Duties:

• Work hours are 2:40a-1p
• Exhibit a professional attitude aligned with The MAGNA Employee’s Charter to maintain a positive workplace.
• Follow Decostar policies and conduct as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Supervise daily operations adhering to company policies and objectives.
• Demonstrate teamwork and leadership, actively participating in team activities.
• Apply problem-solving skills for continuous improvement.
• Support customer quality standards and Decostar standards.
• Perform cross-functional tasks as required, following established procedures.
• Promote respect, cooperation, ethical conduct, and fair dealings within operations.

Specific Job Duties

• Follow health and safety policies to ensure a safe workplace.
• Attend all relevant training sessions.
• Operate equipment only after completing documented training.
• Participate in accident investigations and inspections.
• Report unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately.
• Complete pre-operational safety checks.
• Handle shipment materials and organize warehouse areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Meet departmental performance objectives daily.
• Adhere to control plans to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean work environment and report equipment issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills And Experience Required

• Experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift required.
• Forklift license required.
• Strong communication skills in English (reading and writing).

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
