Job Description

We are a mature but growing company headquartered in Seattle, WA, currently offering an opportunity for a Forklift Operator in Akron, CO. This role involves ensuring all inbound and outbound loads are processed according to company and customer policies.

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00am – 3:30pm (hours may vary during busy times)

The primary responsibilities include:

1. Loading and unloading shipments.
2. Picking and staging orders for shipment.
3. Performing physical inventory counts.
4. Preparing outgoing shipment paperwork.
5. Inspecting forklifts and performing maintenance as directed.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience with a sit-down forklift.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate in basic English.
• 6-12 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read safety and operation manuals.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs comfortably.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be 18+ years old to operate forklifts.

• Pay: $18.50 - $21.00/hour
