Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Forklift Operator in San Bernardino to support our warehouse operations, moving materials, stocking, and ensuring accurate inventory.

You will work Monday through Friday, 1:30pm to 10pm, with eligibility for a referral bonus and pay differential. Must have forklift experience and be able to pass certification; RF scanners and VMU systems experience a plus. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required; certification within 90 days preferred.
• RF barcode readers and VMU systems experience is a plus.
• Must speak and write English and communicate clearly.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates sit-down forklift and related equipment in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Receive and process material movement orders and perform cycle counts.
• Support physical inventory, recycling, and repack tasks as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and traceability of product through the warehouse.
• Show willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified.

Job Description

Forklift Operator | San Bernadino | HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Do you have experience working as Dock Worker, Forklift Driver, Clamp Truck Operator? We want you on our TEAM!!!

Available Shifts: Monday thru Friday - 1:30pm - 10pm

Compensation

• Starting Pay at $22.34 + $.75/c/hr shift differential
• $250 Referral Bonus Available
• Eligible for pay for skill program to increase pay as you gain skills

Responsibilities

• including forklift, clamp lift, barcode readers and safety equipment
• Receive and understand material movement orders
• Cycle counting support
• Physical inventory support (non-poly and finished goods)
• Recycle support
• Repack boxes, stencil/re-label boxes, stretch wrap product, hand stack product
• Housekeeping Duties; inventory consolidation; material reclaim and scrap
• Must have proven experience working in a fast paced Warehouse/Logistics environment
• Sit-down Forklift Truck Experience
• Prior use of RF barcode reader and vehicle mounted (VMU) computer systems preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Push-pull attachment operation a plus
• Minimum of 1 years recent forklift experience preferred
• Forklift Certification preferred
• Must successfully complete forklift certification program; complete certification manual within 90 days of placement
• Basic knowledge of mathematics
• Must have the basic ability to communicate, orally and written, in the English language
• Must have self-directed and have the ability to work with little supervision
• Will be required to be certified in Lockout/Tag Out and Forklift Operation upon assignment
