Job summary

Fencecrete America, Inc. is seeking a full-time, motivated certified forklift driver to join our crew in the San Antonio area. This hands-on role involves loading/unloading materials, moving products, and organizing the facility with a strong emphasis on OSHA safety and accuracy.

You will operate the forklift, verify quantities against paperwork, use WMS and scanners, and maintain clean, organized inventory while reporting any discrepancies or equipment issues.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Forklift Certification (Unexpired).
• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties safely.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

We are a commercial fencing and masonry contractor specializing in precast concrete fence systems. Our projects serve commercial clients throughout the Houston region and include: Precast perimeter walls, apartment & townhome fencing, parking lot fences, property dividers, commercial security walls and noise barrier walls

We are looking for a full-time motivated certified Forklift Driver to join our crew, with opportunity for growth within the company.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a hands‑on role that involves general labor that comes with the position, daily inspection and correct handling of the equipment to efficiently load/unload, move, and organize products throughout the facility. Your expertise will ensure safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining high safety standards and inventory accuracy. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a forklift safely load/unload material, product and trucks efficiently while adhering to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse safety standards.
