Job summary

Staffmark Group in Robbinsville, NJ is seeking a Forklift Driver to move and stack pallets, load and unload shipments, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced warehouse. The role requires forklift experience, reliability, and strict adherence to safety procedures.

You will work 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with competitive weekly pay and benefits. Preferred candidates possess warehouse experience and a high school diploma or GED, plus OSHA safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to safely maneuver warehouse equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned schedule.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Driver.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
