Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in Howard City, MI is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team. As a Material Handler you will move, organize, and stage materials, assist with inventory and general warehouse support, and help launch a brand-new facility.

This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers 1st shift hours, weekly pay, and benefits. Join a team focused on growth and establishing operations from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Move, organize, and store materials throughout the facility
• Receive, transport, and stage materials as needed
• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
• Assist with setting up inventory locations and work areas
• Maintain accurate material inventory and organization
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned

Light Industrial & Manufacturing Howard City , Michigan Contract to Hire Nov 6, 2026

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in Howard City, MI. As a Material Handler you will play a key role in the launch of a new facility by assisting with material movement, organization, inventory management, and general warehouse support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company during an exciting period of growth and help establish a successful operation from the ground up.

Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary-to-Hire
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Shift

• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Move, organize, and store materials throughout the facility
• Receive, transport, and stage materials as needed
• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
• Assist with setting up inventory locations and work areas
• Maintain accurate material inventory and organization
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned
