Alamance Foods, Inc. is seeking a safety-focused Forklift Driver for 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM) in Burlington, NC. This role supports shipping, receiving, production, and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of forklift experience, understands GMPs and food safety, and can work weekends during peak periods. Excellent attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating forklifts safely in a fast-paced setting.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, and ship materials accurately and efficiently.
• Transport materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Optimize loads to maximize efficiency and minimize damage.
• Support production and warehouse operations by delivering materials.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report concerns.
• Maintain GMPs and food safety procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to ensure smooth operations.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.
