Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain is seeking a Forklift Driver in Arlington, TX. The role involves operating RF scanners, using MHE, and supporting receiving, put-away, and picking tasks within the distribution center.

You will work with a team to load/unload trailers, verify inventory accuracy, and maintain safety and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6 months experience with RF scanners.
• 1 year forklift experience.
• On-site role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn PKMS warehouse management functions.
• Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers.
• Willing to be cross-trained and certified on WSI equipment: Reach Tracker, Pacers, Swing Reach, Order Picker/TT, Motorized Pallet Jack.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; able to work under pressure.
• Overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanners for put-away and picking transactions.
• Use MHE and/or PITs to complete receiving and picking.
• Conduct dock searches for cartons as needed.
• Account for all cartons moved in assigned areas.
• Prioritize hot orders with the lead.
• Load/unload trailers safely with lift and RF equipment.
• Perform PKMS receiving and labeling of inbound product; verify OS&D against paperwork.
• Daily put-away duties across types of MHE; load products to trailers.
• Pick and put-away products from cross-dock trailers and racks.
• Verify product locations and lane accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damages and discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per OSHA and warehousing standards.
• Adhere to company values while meeting accuracy, productivity, and quality targets.
• Perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize HubM system for put‑away and picking transactions.
• Effectively use MHE and/or PITs to complete receiving and picking functions.
• Conduct dock searches for cartons as needed.
• Account for all cartons moved in assigned areas.
• Work with lead to prioritize hot orders.
• Physically and systemically load/unload trailers using lift and RF equipment.
• Perform PKMS receiving and labeling of inbound product, and verify OS&D versus inbound paperwork.
• Daily put‑away duties including product on all types of MHE and loading of product to trailers.
• Pick and put‑away product from cross‑dock trailers and racks.
• Verify product is on correct lanes.
• Inspect merchandise for damages and count discrepancies.
• Safely operate material‑handling tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements.
• Adhere to Williams‑Sonoma’s Mission, Vision, and Values while meeting required accuracy, productivity, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience with RF scanners.
• At least 1 year forklift experience.
• On‑site and in‑office role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse management system functions (PKMS).
• Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers.
• Willing and able to be cross‑trained and certified to operate any or all WSI DDC equipment: Reach Tracker, Pacers, Swing Reach, Order Picker/TT, Motorized Pallet Jack.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and a fast learner.
• Flexible to work overtime as required.

Physical Requirements

• Walk, stand, bend, and lift throughout the day.
• Lift up to 65 lbs.
• Comfortably elevate on an order picker up to 45 feet.
• Use a computer for an extended period.
