Job summary

ORBS RPM is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team at Menasha Corporation. The role is responsible for processing materials per standard operating procedures, moving and organizing materials with a forklift, and ensuring outgoing shipments meet customer specifications.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key duties include loading/unloading trailers, staging products, completing paperwork, and performing daily equipment checks

Qualifications

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading incoming/outgoing trailers using forklift.
• Stage incoming product for processing using forklift.
• Perform product processing per documented work instructions.
• Accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse accuracy and report any issues that could affect proper inventory counts.
• Ensure all efforts meet the quality requirements of the customer, reporting any issues immediately.
• Inspect product and prep for shipment.
• Complete daily equipment checks and inform Service Center Manager when outside maintenance is required.
