Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Material Handler to join the plant warehouse crew on-site. You will follow SOPs, operate a forklift, and coordinate movement of materials across the facility under supervision. The role focuses on safety, accuracy, and teamwork to support Ball’s production goals.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year in an industrial setting, with preferred experience in forklift operation, hazardous waste handling, and ERP systems like JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all 5S standards and safety policies including PPE and emergency procedures.
• Operate forklift and coordinate movement of raw materials, scrap, finished goods and packaging materials.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, drivers, and customers.
• Inspect aluminum for quality and customer specifications.
• Build positive relationships with the designated team through collaboration and integrity.
