Job summary

Menards is seeking team members for Cross Dock operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. Roles involve receiving and shipping orders using forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and timely execution.

Responsibilities include break down freight, repalletizing, labeling, and housekeeping, with shifts ranging 8–10 hours and weekend work. Training will be provided, and attendance and attitude are key assets.

Qualifications

• Forklift/production experience is preferred, but not required.
• Training provided to become proficient in all departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship orders to stores using forklift and pallet jacks.
• Breakdown freight, repalletize products, wrap and label pallets.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and meet productivity/accuracy standards.
• Work alone or in a group with a sense of urgency to meet store/guest needs.
• Ensure special orders are received/shipped on time and damage-free.
