Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC in Marksville, LA, seeks yard and warehouse associates to provide excellent customer service while handling merchandise, unloading trucks, and assisting customers at the yard and job sites.

You will operate forklifts, stock yard materials, verify quantities from POS records, maintain safety, and support cashiers and contractor sales counters. A forklift certification and basic math/communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required.
• Delivery experience is preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers politely and effectively.
• Basic math and communication skills are required.
• Reading, writing, and speaking skills must be satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers or contractors entering yard or warehouse.
• Operate forklift to merchandise and stock yard and warehouse.
• Assist truck drivers in delivering to homeowners and job sites.
• Load materials into customers' vehicles based on POS records.
• Develop knowledge of equipment used for product movement.
• Unload incoming freight without damaging goods or equipment.
• Prepare loads for delivery and verify quantities.
• Identify shortages and report to management.
• Maintain clean, safe yard and warehouse.
• Assist with cashier or sales-counter tasks as needed.
• Support contractor sales counter functions.
