Job summary

Mueller Water Products, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker (Material Handler) to join our Materials Department. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, inventory transfers, and cycle counts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications include 2+ years shipping experience, forklift certification, and bilingual communication skills. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, and paid leave as part of a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Minimum 2+ years shipping experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• Must be forklift certified and able to operate stand-up/sit-down trucks.

Responsibilities

• Ship and load trucks; check IDs, report shortages or damages, move, store and arrange materials.
• Operate power lift truck, hand truck, dolly or other device.
• Receive and unload freight manually or with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Transfer inventory; unload, move and store materials per procedures.
• Identify, record and group like parts; maintain inventory records and ship confirmations.
• Perform cycle counts and related duties; follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with others and cover for other positions as needed.
