The role requires proficiency with forklift operation (minimum 2 years) and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and teamwork to meet daily and weekly targets. As part of the team, you will cut and spool cable, pick/pack orders, and help maintain organized storage

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 2 years of sit-down forklift experience (required).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support production by completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
• Cut and spool cable according to specifications
• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders
• Assemble products as needed
• Organize, track, and retrieve inventory
• Load and unload trucks manually
• Operate a sit-down forklift (minimum 2 years of experience required)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
