Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in New Jersey to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials within warehouse and branch sites. You will verify shipments, log inventory, and ensure on-time loading of orders while maintaining safety and organization.

You will operate forklifts, assist with cycle counts, and collaborate with team members to support efficient logistics and customer service. The role requires physical stamina and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift Operator certification or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution environments a plus.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications and OSHA warehouse safety standards.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety audits and training is desirable.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming shipments.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks and customer vehicles with accurate documentation.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse and yard; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and conduct stock rotations; report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with teammates and maintain a team-first culture.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely and efficiently.
